You've heard it a million times before: self-care is important. You know you need to take care of yourself. You know you should. But, it's hard to get started. Where can you find time? What can you do? I'm not an expert, but let's chat.
It's important because it's hard to care for others if you are depleted yourself. How can you be happy when you tired, hungry, and bored? It's hard. I'm might even say impossible at times.
Okay, I'll cut to the chase. Here are some things you (should) do for yourself:
