About Our Agency:
ABC Behave provides home and community support (section 28), basic and specialized services, to the youngest of children up to age 21 and their families. A team of Behavioral Health Professionals along with a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst will create and implement custom behavior modification plans, parent coaching tools, individualized goals, and applied behavior analysis techniques. ABC Behave is proud to specialize in serving the needs of children with diagnoses such as autism (minimal to high needs), ADHD, ODD, Down’s Syndrome and more. The agency’s goal is to provide a plan of care based on individualized assessments in order to serve the children’s needs, putting in place resources necessary all while supporting the needs of the family during each step. Thoughtful one-on-one (BHP to Child) services ensures the well-being and continued advancement in home and community settings for each individual child.

Job Class: 8-40 hours/week

As a specialized home and community support staff, you will serve clients who have a diagnosis of Autism in learning home/community behaviors. Working under a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst you will provide individualized intervention, support, observe and report behavioral data.
At ABC Behave, LLC, our main goal is to provide quality services to our clientele and their families. Our mission is to work collaboratively as a team on supporting clients and their families on their journey to success.
Starting pay is $16/hour; between 60 and 120 days after date of hire, you will participate in a group training for Registered Behavioral Technician certification. Completion of course provides $1/hr increase and certification as an RBT provides an additional $1/hr increase- potential for $2/hr increase in pay within the first 6 months.

Job Type: Education Technician (School-Based)
Job Class: 15-30 hours per week (home and school settings available)
Salary: $17.00- $18.00
Job duties:
As a Ed. Tech, you will be trained and certified as a Behavioral Health Professional and support client's in-school following a plan set by the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and our contracted school, you will be the support person for a client with autism. You will work directly with the client and school staff members, with much support!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to qualify, you must have a High school Diploma or equivalent from an accredited educational institution. Proof of education is required. Ed Tech certification requires 90 credits from a college or university. The agency will assist in gaining Ed Tech certification if the applicant meets the minimum requirements.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Applicants must be 18 years or older. For in school BHP support, Ed Tech certification is required. Transportation required.
